We will start these services (in future) through your donation.
Burj Sahara Centre for homeless, laborers and helpless people.
In today’s era, when the world is progressing, tall buildings are being constructed in cities, and people are living a life of comfort and luxury, on the other hand, there are some people who lie hungry and thirsty, homeless, and destitute on the streets. These are the same homeless, laborers, and helpless people who, due to their illness, hardship, or compulsion, are fighting the battle of survival on the streets. If the “Burj Sahara Center” were opened for such people, where arrangements for their treatment, food, and shelter would be made, it would be the greatest service to humanity.
The goal isn’t just to provide them with shelter, but also to try to rebuild whatever little life they have left. In city streets, under bridges, and on sidewalks, we find many people who are either physically challenged or ill, with no one to care for them. Our team will pick these people up from the streets and bring them to this “Burj Sahara Center.”
First, a team of doctors at the center will work to restore their health. Those who are sick will be treated, and those who are seriously ill will be hospitalized. Furthermore, they will be provided with medication, clean clothing, and ablution facilities so they can live with human dignity.
The second crucial component will be food. Fresh and nutritious meals will be prepared for these people every morning and evening. The center will have a small kitchen where volunteers will prepare the food themselves. The purpose of providing food is not just to fill their stomachs, but to remind them that they are not alone; there are still people in the community who hold them in their hearts.
The third important task will be providing accommodation. The center will have separate rooms for men and women. Basic amenities like beds, blankets, clean water, and washrooms will be provided. During the rainy season or winter, when living on the streets becomes impossible, this center will provide relief for them.
Some people who are mentally distressed or lonely will also come to this center. Counseling and guidance will be provided for them. Efforts will be made to send someone home if they can be found with a family. Otherwise, the center will become their new home, where they will receive love and care.
Wealthy and generous people in the country can help. Those who wish to perform the Tajun can participate in this noble cause by donating food, clothing, medicine, or money.
Centers like this are needed in every major city, because these homeless people on the streets are not just deserving of mercy, but are equal members of the community. Helping them is not just a reward but a true sign of humanity.
“Sharing someone’s pain is giving someone support.” Giving support is the greatest way to make the world a better place.
